Directions for use:

Add about 100 mL water to your shaker, Add 1 scoop of protein to a shaker and mix, add rest of 200 mL water and shake. You can vary amount of liquid in your shake depending on your taste preferences. To get thicker and sweeter shake decrease the amount of liquid you are adding and vice-versa. Pudding: Add a scoop of protein to a bowl. Add a little water just to thicken the protein.
