M2 BCAA contains the three essential amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. These three essential amino acids are present in the proven 2:1:1 ratio.

These three essential amino acids are commonly known as Branched chain amino acids. BCAAs helps promote protein synthesis after physical exercise, decrease muscle soreness and fatigue.

BCAA supplement is generally used as pre and intra-workout supplement to provide body with essential amino acids required for protein synthesis.

Each serving of M2 BCAA contains 4500 mg of Leucine, 2250 mg of Isoleucine and 2250 mg of Valine.

Directions for use:

Add 2 scoops of BCAA (one serving= 10 grams) to a shaker containing about 300-500 mL of chilled water. Shake until completely dissolved.

Time to consume:

Below are some suggested times to consume BCAA supplement. You can chooses according to your activity level or requirements.

1. Before workout: Take a scoop of BCAA supplement before workout along with about 200 mL water.
2. Intra workout: Add 2 scoop of BCAA to your gym water bottle, shake.
3. Post workout: take 2 scoops of BCAA after workout.
