Direction for use

Add 1 scoop of protein to a shaker containing about 250 mL of water or milk. Give couple of shakes to mix.

You can vary amount of liquid in your shake depending on your taste preferences. To get thicker and sweeter shake decrease the amount of liquid you are adding and vice-versa.

The best time to consume M2 Active adult is after workout or with morning breakfast.
