M2 Lean mass gainer is specifically designed for lean mass gain using 1:2 to formula of Protein to carbohydrates. M2 Lean mass gainer uses a blend of Whey protein concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate as the source of protein, Whey Isolate being the primary source. It contains fast release carbohydrate to fulfill immediate energy needs of the body.

M2 Lean Mass gainer contains 28 grams of Protein and 56 grams of Carbohydrates per 90 grams of serving. It contains naturally occurring Branched chain amino acids and Essential amino acids that stimulate muscle protein synthesis. Directions for use:

Add three flat scoops of M2 lean mass gainer to about 250-300 milk/ water and shake.

For improved results use milk.

You can vary amount of liquid in your shake depending on your taste preferences. To get thicker and sweeter shake decrease the amount of liquid you are adding and vice versa.
