M2 lean Mass Gainer contains 28 grams of protein per serving with naturally occurring Branched Chain Amino Acids and Essential Amino Acids.

Direction for use

Add three heaping scoops of M2 lean mass gainer to about 250-300 milk/ water and shake.

For improved results use milk.

You can vary amount of liquid in your shake depending on your taste preferences. To get thicker and sweeter shake decrease the amount of liquid you are adding and vice versa.
